John and Ivan are professionals. Their team has a vast amount of expertise in dealing with many types of high-line cars. When I've been, I've mostly seen Bentley, Range Rover, Rolls, Aston, and Ferrari at the shop. On a strong recommendation of multiple members of the Aston Martin Owners Club, I've had them service and repair my Aston Martin Rapide S, and I'm very happy. They get the job done quickly, competently, and at a fair price. I especially like that they don't try to oversell you on things that don't need to be done, but give you a breakdown of the condition of parts and systems, what to watch for, and when to expect certain issues based on what they've found while servicing/inspecting your vehicle. They have several lifts and work bays, and a wide array of specialized equipment and software to deal with highline and exotic cars.

I came in to repaire a broken seat belt on my 2011 vantage coupe. I drive my car regular and it had some ware and tear that I assumed I would just have to live with. they pointed out how they could repair them at a reasonable price for an Aston Martin. their work was better than I could imagine! I feel like I got brand new car back. I cant recommend them more. Try them you will be happy.

If could give six stars I would. Thank goodness I found John and European Auto Service. I had taken my 2014 pristine Aston Martin DB9 to another shop for an oil change. They couldn't clear the service light, and less than a month later another service light appeared regarding the emissions system. Rather than take it to a shop that couldn't handle my rare car I did a ChatGPT search and the AI recommended European and I gave them a call. Expert service, they diagnosed and fixed all the problems including a ticking time bomb of a leak at the oil filter. I'm grateful for the professional treatment from all the staff especially John and Ian. I will definitely be taking all my rare and precious vehicles there and would highly recommend.

Tony, I wanted to send a sincere thank you for your help today. I was in a tough spot after my 240D failed the VPC inspection following my drive from Travis AFB. Your expertise with the vacuum system and your willingness to help on such short notice made all the difference. Because of your quick work, I’m still on track for my flight and my move to Oahu. European Auto Service should be recognized as one the preeminent service, repair and restoration shops in California. John and his team did a phenomenal job on bringing my 1961 Mercedes 190sl to better than new condition with exceptional bodywork, a full factory authentic paint job and factory original leather upholstery. They also went through the engine and assured it ran like a Swiss watch! One impressive bit of work was the dry-ice blasting of the chassis and undercarriage which cleaned off all the grease and road grime safely with no damage to the paint and original surfaces. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. All the work was top quality, the communication was excellent and I was always kept advised of the status and situation. Pricing was extremely competitive and represented a great value. I highly recommend John and his team!
